Prep School Snobbery

So, Mikkelle L-O-V-E's to model! Any time we try something new on she wants to take pictures, so today I had her model one of my ties that I sell : )

Needless to say she's a ham and reminded me of some kind of prep school snob since she kept posing with her eyebrows and chin up lol.

Thank heavens she isn't a snob...she's just good at acting like one haha

LOVE MY MIKKELLE!

Kelby and I overheard the kiddos last night so we got the camera out. Turn the volume up!

BONJOUR!!!!!

BONJOUR!
You are cordially invited to view our simply exquisite
vignette of a fanciful birthday tea party soiree!
Our Birthday girl and hostess "Miss Parfait" (aka Mikkelle) had a most
splendid day, full of frills, fancies and of course...TIARA'S!!!
You can make anything fancy! All you need are some ribbons, balloons and LOTS of feathers!
Confetti helps too!
Sit up straight! Smile! Elbows off the table...mind your P's and Q's!
BUT DON'T FORGET TO HAVE A GOOD TIME!
The decorations were Tres Extraordinaire!
Do you concur!?!??!?!
BONJOUR!!!
Ribbons make everything fancier...see?
All of our guests received a gift basket, a large lollipop and a Fancy Nancy necklace!!!
The "scene" was set!!!!
All we needed was our lovely guests to arrive....
But elegant gentlewomen wait patiently...in STYLE!!!
And take pictures of all the fanciness....
AND SOMETIMES elegant gentlewomen get bored waiting....
And then...VOILA!
Our guests arrived!!!
We had many elegant guests including: Miss Creme Brule, Miss Tarte,
Miss BonBon, Miss Souffle, Miss Eclaire, Miss Fondue and Miss Truffle!!!!
(and all their brilliant mothers!)
This is the correct and proper way to drink "tea." Heads up! Pinkies out!
(and apparently eyes closed!!)
Our waiter was exemplary!

And Mrs. McGuilicutty was an excellent Maitre d'!!!
The Birthday girl looked elegant as usual!
There is always time to take a quick rendezvous outside...
as long as it's to look FABULOUS!
And to find a fairy home!
Pinning the "Fancy on the Nancy" is always a respectable game...
And there are not many things in this world as
clairvoyant as playing with paper dolls!!!
It was simply marvelous!!!
"Presents" don't need a fancier name...
they are fancy all on their own!!!
MERCI!!!!
BON APPETITE!!!

AND

AU REVOIR!!!!
